The preliminary estimate is more than 2.5 times California's $300 billion annual budget, and does not include a recommended $1 million per older Black resident for health disparities that have shortened their average life span.
Wow, what a generous decision. Wait a moment, who is going to pay? Taxpayers? But they are white, black, and every other color. Just white taxpayers? Mmm. That sounds fair. Well what about white immigrants? They came to America with nothing at all, and did nothing to the blacks. Better exclude them. So what, just 6th generation whites? No, we need to be clear. This was abuse by California's government. Let's make the decedents of California politicians pay for this. Yes, I like that much better and that is certainly fair.

Google has no problem with that question. 2.25 million. So $800 billion divided by 2.25 million blacks in California = $356K plus $1M each for older Blacks. What about babies? Surely they have not suffered any damages yet. How about Blacks who immigrated to California last week? This will keep the courts full for years.
How much do we have to pay? The population of California is 39 million, but only 35% are white. Oh my, that makes whites a minority. So 13.6 million whites will have to pay just under $60,000 each. No problem. All whites are rich and can afford it. Totally fair. But what happened to the idea of just charging the politicians and their families. Nobody wants to talk about that in Government. Wonder why?
